Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world’s first single-engine private jet. Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 450 people.
The Supply Chain department is developing and implementing the supply chain strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory and maximizes supply chain effectiveness.
As Jetfly is going through a significant implementing period, we are looking for an intern to join the Supply Chain team and to be based at the headquarter of the Jetfly Group, in the heart of our airline operation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support of the on-going implementation of our new inventory software.
  • Process, test & improve the operational work (purchase workflow), report and solve dysfunctions.
  • Set up reports and purchasing analytics to calculate the best purchase profit.
  • Source suppliers and reach volume contracts to optimize our purchase costs on our different sites.
  • Redact ERP guidelines and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of all the users.
  • Define and follow KPI to support the continuous improvement of the processes.
  • Work on the supplier evaluation system (archive, data, forms, reporting).
