SUPPLY CHAIN & INVENTORY MANAGER
Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Full-Time Supply Chain & Inventory Manager! This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor relations. This position has a salary of $90,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The Workweek for this position Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco.

Owning the management of Bills of Materials (BOM) within the inventory system, ensuring all BOMs are accurate, up-to-date, and correctly implemented. Who we are seeking in an applicant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
Responsibilities:
The Regal Brands family of companies produce decorative hardware products ranging from vintage interior handle sets to hinges and cabinet hardware, representing a wide range of styles and décor. Our over-seas contract manufactures produce these products and ship them to our headquarters here in Denver, Colorado. The Supply Chain & Inventory Manager has one direct report and is responsible for knowing what we have, what we need, what is on the way, and most importantly what is selling well. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and coordinating all domestic and international purchasing, ensuring optimal inventory health with minimal out-of-stocks through accurate reporting and collaboration with supply chain partners, suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Acting as a liaison and ensuring clear communication and effective problem resolution between our internal Regal team and our partners and vendors, including logistics partners, suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Maintaining accountability of our over-sea assets, including in-transit inventory, supplier-held stock, tooling and equipment
- Generating and analyzing reports on current inventory levels, identifying trends and making recommendations to optimize stock levels.
- Forecasting future needs by evaluating sales and consumption rates. Forecasting inventory requirements based on sales data, consumption trends, and partnering with sales and marketing to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Assessing and recommending domestic and international purchasing strategies to balance cost, quality, and lead times.
- Expertly handling logistics paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), wire transfers, duties, tariffs, and exchange rates to ensure smooth operations.
