Would you like to help orchestrate the global launch of new products, representing our supply chain throughout the entire launch projects?
Join a global group of skilled supply chain professionals and follow new products from early development all the way to market – as your input will ensure that we deliver the best to people with intimate healthcare needs.
“WE play a key part in planning and executing successful launches – and we are a valued voice in the process, allowing us to set a clear direction,” explains Head of Supply Chain Launch, Global Supply Chain Management, Daniel Arildsen.
Join our highly experienced Launch department
Together, we are 7 colleagues, responsible for supply chain activities related to bringing new and innovative products to market within Chronic Care and Wound Care products. A good part of our time, we spend working with our factories in Hungary, Costa Rica, and soon Portugal.
“As we are each dedicated to different projects, discussing what we’ve learned with each other is very important to us. And we’ll be there to make sure you get to ease into the position,” says Daniel.
Ensure that supply chain is covered in every project
As part of the Coloplast global supply chain, you will find yourself in the middle of a web of stakeholders working towards launching new Chronic Care and Wound Care products. Here, you will be dedicated to specific projects, sometimes as supply chain lead, representing the voice of supply chain and pulling the strings in order to ensure that we are on track and launch on time.
Specifically, you will be the subject matter expert from supply chain, staying up to date on project progression. Moreover, you will plan the launch and make sure that systems, manufacturing, stock levels, etc. are ready for launch. And when you meet a bump in the road, you will figure out solutions with the project team.
FINALLY, WE IMAGINE THAT YOU:
Have a degree in supply chain or engineering
Have some experience, either within supply chain or logistics and a good conception of production processes
Possibly have some experience working in projects, allowing you to consider both commercial and supply chain perspectives
Are good at Excel and at adapting to new systems
Are fluent in English
