Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistic Engineer to join our team as a consultant for Serialization External Supply Services (ESS) within Digital Operations & Technical Services (DOTS). The role involves leading a project to enable serialization capability according to Buyer requirements within our network with JNJ Innovative Medicines CMO’s.

Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team including representatives from Buyer CMO Management, Planning, Graphics services, Technical Services, Quality, and corresponding functions at external manufacturers.
Enable the serialization of packaging operations at the CMO following Buyer standards.
Define, execute, and complete the project using the FPX methodology and report within DOTS ESS Serialization Management organization.
Support in improving standard processes for onboarding new CMO’s.
Support in rolling out standardized processes impacted by serialization with and by CMO’s, e.g., tech transfers, onboarding, disengagement, NPI’s.
Support in defining and implementing a base business process for serialization within DOTS ESS across all CMO’s.
