Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the Supply Chain Strategy including Operations, Inventory Planning and Logistics.
  • Establishing and managing key stakeholders and supplier relationships, both externally and internally.
  • Working closely with Colt’s Procurement team to manage contracts and pricing negotiation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, driving corrective action where required.
  • Driving continuous improvement and optimisation of processes, technologies and storage facilities.
  • Managing and developing Supply Chain and Logistics Team members.
  • Ensuring regular maintenance and auditing of accounting and control processes.

Education
