JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager with strong operational and analytical skills? Danfoss IXA is looking for a motivated professional to help us improve and advance our global supply chain operations.
Your workplace will be located at our office in Kolding.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
We are seeking someone with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, ideally supported by a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. In this role, you will take charge of delivery performance, inventory management, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and support improved cash flow. Experience with SAP is a plus.
You should be highly motivated to meet business KPIs, consistently look for opportunities in business analysis, and focus on optimizing material flows and conducting supply and demand analysis. While this role does not involve direct people management, strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery performance of sales orders meets established targets, while also managing inventory turnover and value to align with organizational goals. You will lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to synchronize supply with demand, implement effective inventory management strategies, and coordinate outbound logistics, including the shipping and invoicing of sales orders, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production planning.
- Handling operational purchase.
- Maintain and update standard product costing.
- Managing item and production master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Applying structured problem-solving techniques from the LEAN toolbox to drive operational improvements.
