Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Ensure supply chain practices are maintained in accordance
with new or changing policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and manage the Supply Chain Team to ensure all related
team deliverables are met on time and on budget, including:
o Commercial delivery
o Cost Centre budgets
o Warehouse and Inventory management
o Team development
- Warehouse Personnel Management: Oversee and manage the performance and
development of warehouse personnel, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Process Management: Coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of
necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
- KPI Delivery: Assist the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring
performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive KPI
achievement within the warehouse and inventory management functions.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the Supply
Chain Team to ensure an inherent drive for continuous improvement in all areas, including:
o Material and operating costs
o Supplier performance
o Forecasting: Demand and Supplier
o Change management
o In-sourcing
o Procedural improvements
- Strategic Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of Key Strategic Projects that link into
Eirgen’s long-term strategy plan.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support all related management
project deliverables and business needs.
- Leadership: Work as part of the extended leadership team in the effective running of the
business, developing and implementing the company’s strategic plans.
- Department Management: Effectively coordinate and lead performance management,
coaching, and mentoring for Supply Chain employees to achieve higher levels of
performance
- Culture Development: Work with all team members to maintain and develop the positive,
progressive culture within Eirgen.
- Training and Compliance: Ensure department alignment to conform to company cGMP,
SOPs, Specifications, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
