• Managing Supply Chain Operations for the organization.
• Participating in production meetings with the Business Unit Heads to align on monthly demand forecasts.
• Reviewing forecast, place orders, logistics, Customs clearance, Distributors, inventory reconciliation and vendor development.
• Communicating forecasts with suppliers and organizing production schedules to meet our needs.
• Planning and purchasing supplies/materials and manage inventory levels to internal standards.
• Managing 3PL Service Providers and Contract Manufacturers.
• Working with all aspects of Inbound and Outbound Logistics.
• Arranging transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet demand.
• Negotiating Pricing, Commercial Contracts and Agreements.
• Preparing and Managing the Supply Chain Budget and delivering on Budgeted Costs.
• Planning and implementing continuous margin improvement strategies.
• Building and strengthening Supplier Relationships.
• Managing logistics for International Business.
• Maintaining high-quality standards for the products and services, while ensuring price competitiveness and delivering the expected gross margins.
• Managing quality issues and reviewing with suppliers as required.
• Identifying and setting up alternative suppliers for materials and services as part of contingency planning.
• Assisting Business Development in due diligence on potential new products.
• Assisting Marketing and Regulatory in artwork development/update process.
• Assisting with new product launches and ensuring timely arrival of products for the planned launch date.
• Ensuring a high level of value-added service is attained and costs are reduced year over year by supporting other business areas in their strategic projects and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for risk management, improved service delivery and other cost containment/optimization initiatives.
• Providing regular input and ensure understanding and compliance with appropriate policies and procedures that mitigate risks.
