Job Overview:
The Planning Supervisor will evaluate historical plant/department performance, sales forecasts, service levels, current backlog to develop, recommend and implement production plans and KPI’s, and make recommendations to plant management regarding improvements in the planning processes to be efficient, optimize utilization, reduce costs and improve delivery performance to customers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Four-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years of experience required
• Licenses/ Certifications: APICS-CPIM certification preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong computer skills, with emphasis on using MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, and experience with an enterprise-wide information system such as SAP.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions (P/D/C/A).
