This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.
As a Group Supply Chain Manager you report to the Group Operations Director. You ensure an efficient supply of spare parts and subcontracting services to the 200+ maintenance workshops across the world and develop cost effective solutions in sourcing, purchasing, stock management and delivery.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated colleague who loves a fast-paced international business and has experience in supply chain management in a maintenance/service environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership:
- Oversee processes within the supply chain domain, collaborating with local supply chain managers to establish and maintain group standards
- Collaborate with the Operations Process Manager for the SAP related processes.
- Ensure existing processes are up-to-date and introduce new ones as needed
- Assess the relevance and adherence of processes within the group in collaboration with local supply chain managers
- Designated focal point for all Supply Chain-related inquiries and concerns within the group, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Translate identified improvements into a strategic roadmap
- Supply Chain Community:
- Connect the Supply Chain Community
- Promote continuous improvement. Collect and share best practices, translating them into group standards when applicable.
- Communicate changes, updates, and relevant information within the community.
- Coordinate and follow up on escalated issues, whether internal or with suppliers
- Align on supplier relationship topics
- Supplier Relationship:
- Support the qualification of suppliers in line with group standards
- Develop and perform supplier evaluations for main spare parts suppliers within the group
- Coordinate escalations towards underperforming suppliers and manage improvement projects
- Support negotiation of frame agreements with suppliers (OEM & OCM) and ensure their adherence
- Follow up price evolution
- Stock Management:
- Monitor stock management across the group using relevant KPIs
- Support stock valuation and acquisitions
- Support local operations identifying stock optimization
Sourcing Optimization:
Support local operations with sourcing, through data-driven analysis identifying possible improvements2nd Hand Parts & Refurbishment Flow:
- Support the 2nd hand parts flow in collaboration with ECO-Centres
- Define the required stock and promote the use of 2nd hand parts within operations.
- Investigate possible refurbishment flows
- Master Data Owner:
- Manage the standards to be applied
- Collaborate with the master data team in maintaining a qualitative set of master data (material/task list/vendor/pricing).
- Manage improvement projects to optimize master data further.
