Could you be the full-time Supply Chain Method & Tools Engineer (Power BI) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sorin Iovu (Cluster Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside dedicated, proactive and value-oriented teammates.
You’ll be the referent Global Expert of the One Alstom Materials Planning Processes, representing Materials Planning expectations and interests in all global cross-functional groups.
Day-to-day, you’ll support documents needed by the sites to perform the Materials Planning activities. You’ll also be responsible for creating a strong culture of Materials Planning across all sites along with the Regional Supply Chain Directors.

Tasks:

  • Create/Update Materials Planning Handbook, Guidelines & SOPs to reflect the core model and changes therein
  • Prepare Training Modules for New Materials Planners & develop Trainers in regions
  • Support Sites in implementing the core Materials Planning Processes
  • Work with the MM Tools & processes team to create solutions for Materials Planning Business Challenges
  • Review with the Sites/Cluster/Regions all Leading and Lagging Indicators of Materials Planning Processes and analyses trends for correction
  • Report and provide improvement plan for all L1 & L2 KPIs to the leadership team every mont

  • Project management skills, knowledge of the purchasing world, and/or a real taste for data science would be a plus.
