  • Manage model upkeep, including data validation, updates, and reflecting physical network changes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of our current supply chain network to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Model future supply chain volumes and network structures to support our growth ambitions, based on business guidance.
  • Design and test multiple supply chain scenarios, assessing their impact on service levels, quality, costs, and sustainability.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain analyses and scenario outcomes to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential data and insights on supply chain operations.
  • Build strong relationships with teams across Global Supply Chain, NZ Supply, Shipping, Sustainability, and IBP to ensure a comprehensive understanding of current and future challenges, with network recommendations that address these needs.
