Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and cross-country shipments to ensure efficient operations. The role involves coordinating with local and international suppliers, managing the end-to-end supply chain process, and ensuring compliance with UAE and global trade regulations.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) are a plus.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on cross-border shipping and logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes, including Incoterms, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
