Description:
Organon is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Associate Specialist who will be joining the Central North Europe Cluster (CNE) at Organon and will be mainly supporting distribution and logistics activities for the cluster markets.
You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
This is a remote role, preferably located in one of our Central Northern Europe markets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Engineer, Business or Supply Chain Bachelor’s degree and first years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Services preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- High flexibility to support the team in different areas
- Knowledge of Supply Chain environment
- Ability to create productive relationships with different stakeholders and customers
- Strong analytical skills
- Autonomous, pro-active, fast learner
- Knowledge of IT tools, such as Microsoft Office and SAP
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
