Job Description
Planner / Analyst (m/f/d) - limited employment for 18 months

In 1983, the Bose Automotive Systems Division was founded to develop custom-designed, factory-installed, premium-branded sound systems for the global automotive industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective coordination of the material planning (sourced from worldwide automotive locations), purchasing and production scheduling function and ensuring timely delivery to customers of finished products worldwide. Keep on time delivery indicator > 98% avoiding in- and outbound premium freight
- Keep inventory level on budget, meet customer shipping targets and drive improvement opportunities.
- Take appropriate action in resolving discrepancies in order quantity and seek corrective action on late deliveries
- Work on automotive end of life process based on our location, organize meetings and roll-out process sustainable. Support planners in change management to phase-in / use-up materials to avoid IOS
- Pre-series process: Collect information regarding component and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules. Push master data maintenance, ensure SAP BOMs, master data and long term forecast setup, control and overview demand fluctuation, arrange deliveries based on CSR and different pre-series stages, meet customer demand in quality and quantity
- Work on waste elimination and lean activities in day-to-day business
- Work with subcontractors and direct suppliers within Europe daily
- Supports inbound deliveries coming from oversees suppliers, work with carriers, determining priorities
- Supports accounting and quality in customer complaints
Your Profile
- Advanced knowledge of system based material requirements planning logic
- International communication & collaboration experience
- Minimum required languages: French, English, German
- Minimum experience in Automotive business 1-3 years
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, which includes Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and SAP modules (MM, PTS, MRP, APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response
