Supply Chain Planner (maternity cover)

THIS IS YOU:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management tools
• Familiarity with database tools like MS Access and SQL Server Management Studio
• Ability to create ad-hoc reports, simulations, and planning scenarios
• Strong coordination skills to align with various stakeholders and keep processes on track
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus but not required
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy

As our new Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying campaign data from various sources, composing campaign ordering templates, and ensuring everything is on track for a seamless campaign execution.
Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be vital in supporting the S&OP and Supply Chain Manager and helping drive our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the retrieval and accuracy of campaign item data from multiple sources.
• Build and distribute detailed campaign ordering templates that ensure on-time and accurate product delivery.
• Consolidate demands for campaign products across sales channels and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy in all campaign templates and databases, while meeting critical deadlines.
• Safeguard our planning processes, rules, and timelines to keep the organization running like clockwork.
• Assist in building models and reports for long-term planning scenarios.
