Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in managing complex and fast-changing environments.
- Over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project management or supply chain/logistics.
- Bachelor’s or University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office,
- ERP Knowledge
- Self-motivated and able to handle stress effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze change requests with IT and business specialists in logistics, service logistics, sales & service operating centers, and GCO.
- Provide daily support on supply chain processes within the ERP system (QAD).
- Create and provide QAD/ERP trainings
- Collaborate with IT to find opportunities for enhancing data and processes, driving testing, implementation, and training.
- Provide guidance to the business on tactical solutions and mentor on standardized supply chain processes.
- Support the execution of improvement and innovation roadmaps from Business Process Experts.
- Participate in other global projects and programs related to the supply chain.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments (Logistics, Procurement, Service, GCO, and Finance) across all MSD-sites.
