POSITION OVERVIEW:

Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst – Demand is responsible for regional level forecasts for stores within LCL to ensure the best forecast accuracy. The candidate will deal with forecasting issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner to improve overall store level forecasts and replenishment to our DC’s

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and adjust forecasts in LDE (Luminate Demand Edge)/IPFR
  • Review weekly reports to ensure forecasting issues have a minimal impact to regional forecasts and stores.
  • Attend vendor meetings to discuss forecasting issues and opportunities
  • Analyze, explain and resolve system, business and process related inquiries from users as it pertains to demand forecasting
  • Other ad-hoc requests

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Above average analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Proven ability to respond to new situations and work in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, BY Luminate Demand Edge and Demand, Excel and Access.
  • Strong working knowledge of replenishment systems and strategies
  • Team player with a passion for learning and training and working in collaboration with others
  • Post-secondary education at either the college or university level in Business, Economics or Engineering
