Supply Planning: Join the daring Travel Retails Americas Operations team, where you’ll tackle complex challenges and be at the forefront sustainable beauty with our business partners by building an strategic vision based on a strong procurement plan management by collaboratively with stakeholders from various hierarchy levels within the organization across different departments (Marketing, Commercial, Finance).

• Developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans to meet the organization’s production and inventory objectives.
• Overseeing team that manages entire supply planning process, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production deadlines.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, S&OP, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
• Work in collaboration with the stakeholders managing demand forecasts, sales trends, and market dynamics to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
• Leading cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks.
• Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement
