Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is looking for a Sourcing Analyst to support our Supply Chain team at Southfield NC site. • Assist the Director of Sourcing in the implementation and execution of sourcing strategies and cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist in leveraging best in class sourcing and optimization technology to achieve greatest balance of cost, service and change management.
• Assist Sourcing opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing segment, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
• Assist the Director of Sourcing in executing both Dover corporate MOU strategies, and Opco specific sourcing strategies, including rationalization of the supply base, and material replenishment programs.
• Conduct TPG vetting for suppliers in scope.
• Responsible for maintaining Supply Chain Compliance documents, as well as manufacturer transparency documentation, and sourcing affidavits.
• Conduct annual pricing audits/Benchmarks for suppliers in scope.
• Solicit Annual Tooling Reports, and assist category management with any related activities needed for tool replacement, disposal, or transfer.
• Responsible for implementing sourcing/procurement strategies, creating and reconciling purchase orders, and assist in contract negotiation.
• Responsible for requesting and coordinating quotes for Sourcing Department, negotiate rates and terms with suppliers as needed
• Assist in building and maintaining supplier relationships with emphasis on cost reduction and elimination of inefficiencies throughout the procurement cycle.
• Manage Supplier Value Creation Program and Internal Supplier Scorecard Reviews
• Assist in the development of alternative sourcing options and recommendations.
• Proficiency in aspects of the sourcing process required. This includes, data management, supplier selection, optimization analysis, negotiations, and contracting.
