YOUR PROFILE:
We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a deep understanding of the entire supply chain process—from start to finish. You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Hold a relevant Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or a similar role.
- Possess a holistic approach to supply chain management and understand its processes from end to end.
- Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and are comfortable collaborating with international teams.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset and enjoy using data to drive improvements and solve complex challenges.
- Are self-driven and thrive in a role where you can take ownership and responsibility.
- Possess a solid understanding of ERP systems, Excel, and experience working with large data sets.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be a key contributor to optimizing DESMI’s global planning processes. Your role includes:
- Global order distribution: Develop and maintain future order distribution tool for new ERP setup and define distribution rules and governance execution and tool performance
- Performance Measurement: Set up and define governance rules for inbound order quality to ensure high quality on orders released to production sites. Follow up on customer order backlog reduction and follow up on open orders to limit orders moving out of near future.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and solutions that support decision-making and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
