Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cost-saving projects across various departments.
  • Gate-keeper for project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and track critical metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to frame narratives and draft executive presentations, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other executive reviews.
  • Develop options, recommendations, and tradeoffs for project decisions.
  • Assist in planning and collaboration with key functional business partners.
  • Develop documentation and presentations to guide discussions and effectively ‘story tell.’
  • Engage in business continuity measures and supply chain resilience activities.
  • Create processes and plans across organizations to coordinate responses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a related administrative role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Flawless ability to draft and present executive-level presentations.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successful project implementation.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to establish and communicate critical metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and align collaborators on strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Experience in developing documentation and guiding discussions.
  • Proven ability to coordinate business continuity measures and supply chain resilience activities.
  • Excellent ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a drive to compete and excel in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain resilience and business continuity planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
