As a supply chain specialist, you are responsible for executing tasks supporting regional supply chain across multiple business units.

This associate will manage daily activities supporting 3 functional areas:

  • External Manufacturing Supply Chain

    • Issuing purchase requisitions
  • Ordering raw materials and ancillary items (labels, pallets, etc.) for production
  • Scheduling shipment/delivery of raw materials and packaging to toll manufacturers
  • Monitor production and manage schedule changes
  • Complete all SAP transactions for raw material and product moves and verify accuracy at each step in the supply chain
  • Track and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Schedule and manage all moves of intermediates and finished goods between toller and Milliken Plant or warehouse (physically and in SAP)
  • Internal Regional Supply Chain


    • Stock analysis at warehousing partners for repackaging & relabeling opportunities

    • Complete SAP transactions to support repackaging & relabeling
    • Stock replenishment between manufacturing and warehousing partners
    • Review of hold codes and inform stakeholders on availability of material
    • Regional Logistics


      • Obtain price requests for air and ocean shipments

      • Arrange outbound air and ocean shipments to customers and inform the different stakeholders on the status of the shipment
      • Prepare certificates of origin and insurance certificates
      • Track and reconcile invoices related to air and ocean shipments
        This person will report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager and will work closely with the local Customer Service and Logistics Teams to achieve end customer on time delivery. This person will be located in the Ghent office.
