Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Proactive collaboration with all departments as necessary to provide draft plan and obtain pipeline information for final submission
  • Consolidate pipeline and forecast information in the form of Business Plan and Monthly Rolling Forecasts, sending to Head Office and suppliers as required
  • Manage and maintain safety stocks to ensure service levels to our customers are met
  • Prepare complete inventory analysis reports to be presented internally and externally, making recommendations to optimise stock levels
  • Maintain and distribute offers lists to sell old inventory at a reduced price
  • Develop and create reports from our core systems to support various departments across the business
  • Production of monthly KPI’s
  • Decipher complex information to produce and maintain reports for internal and external use, ensuring effective communication at all levels

Your qualification

  • You will have a good understanding of Forecasting, Planning and Inventory Management from a similar position or environment
  • Demonstrate good written communication and telephone manner across all levels
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
  • You’ll need to possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SQL Query is highly advantageous
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work to deadlines
