Description:
Your responsibilities
- Proactive collaboration with all departments as necessary to provide draft plan and obtain pipeline information for final submission
- Consolidate pipeline and forecast information in the form of Business Plan and Monthly Rolling Forecasts, sending to Head Office and suppliers as required
- Manage and maintain safety stocks to ensure service levels to our customers are met
- Prepare complete inventory analysis reports to be presented internally and externally, making recommendations to optimise stock levels
- Maintain and distribute offers lists to sell old inventory at a reduced price
- Develop and create reports from our core systems to support various departments across the business
- Production of monthly KPI’s
- Decipher complex information to produce and maintain reports for internal and external use, ensuring effective communication at all levels
Your qualification
- You will have a good understanding of Forecasting, Planning and Inventory Management from a similar position or environment
- Demonstrate good written communication and telephone manner across all levels
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
- You’ll need to possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL Query is highly advantageous
- Highly organised, with the ability to work to deadlines
