Job responsibilities will include:

• Management of purchase orders to manufacturing’s and external suppliers (including imports)
• Management of subcontracting (Relabel/Repacking/Production)
• Monitoring and processing goods receipt
• Follow timely product availability and keeping other stakeholders informed in case of delays
• Management of inventory (reconciliation, annual inventory, cycle-count, disposals)
• Complaint handling, carry out Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Management of customer returns
• Monthly KPI reporting, Inventory levels, Red Zone, SMOG

Our Requirements:

• Professional experience in Planning, Logistic or Procurement
• Very good English language skills oral and writing
• Experience in Ms. Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience in ERP Systems, SAP is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Team player, multitasking ability, detail oriented with attitude “can do”, quick learner
• Openness to work in hybrid mode
