Responsibilities:

  • Processes and prepares all returns.
  • Reports low inventory levels.
  • Assists with total inventory counts.
  • Be skilled in unloading and loading material within a hospital setting.
  • Ability to operate a fork and lift pallet Jack
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure that materials are identified as per the PO
  • Use a computer-based tracking system
  • Maintain a good housekeeping and safety acumen
  • Possess and use profound mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Delivers and/or replenishes office, medical or surgical supplies, equipment and furniture to the Operating Room.
  • Responsible for auto-replenishment of surgical suites and other stocking locations. Verifies records and processes all related paperwork

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: Entry Level
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be able to walk throughout the hospital
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a height of 5 feet
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time, stooping and bending at the waist
  • Strong customer service background
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to operate a phone
  • Strong computer skills
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Vaccination required for employment
