Supply Chain, Warehouse & Operation Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As the Operations & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Farmio’s supply chain and warehouse management. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Farmio’s fresh produce supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s mission. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Farmio’s growth by digitally improving logistics, warehouse processes, and operations management with technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in managing warehouse teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience in the food distribution or fresh produce industry is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Financial literacy with experience in managing budgets and cost control.
