ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team within the ladieswear!
Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth delivery of product to the Distribution Centres and stores.
This is a 12 month contract located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
• Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
• Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
• Managing the production schedule and associated administration
• Advising on Purchase Order quantities, problem solving and delivery updates
• Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
