QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Non-RECE or RECE, with a sound understanding of early childhood development.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early education.
