Supply Execution Planner (start 02.09 / 04.11)

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain planning, preferably within FMCG or Automotive industries.
• Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Understanding and experience in managing product life cycles.
• A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• Proficiency in planning tools, particularly SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Regularly updating the production plan in response to incoming orders and sales forecasts, and monitoring plan adherence by manufacturing facilities.
• Developing a 12-week schedule to manage deliveries and pinpoint cost inefficiencies related to production line availability.
• Collaborating with various departments (procurement, deployment, demand, customer service, factory, IPRO, transport, and R&I) to optimize the production sequence for cost efficiency.
• Creating and evaluating scenarios for specific planning challenges, including “what if” analyses that compare production capacity with sales plans and product availability, and offering recommendations to refine production plans.
