JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Supply Officer Operational Procurement Air Vehicle & Mission Equipment. Our mission is to secure material availability at any time for complex equipment. We are a transnational team that is providing equipment to all production areas for civil as well as military helicopter. You will join a dynamic department with an international spirit and robust ways of working. We offer you to be one of our key player in the Global Supply Chain. As Supply Officer the material provisioning is your responsibility while achieving quantity and timely requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master degree (or equivalent) in procurement area or a related area
- Good user skills in SAP, GSuite and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Striving for personal development and active contribution to improvement initiatives
- Awareness for risks and actions to mitigate them
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive and open minded attitude
- Languages: English fluent (mandatory), French/German (nice to have)

Responsibilities:
You will contribute to the following core activities:
- Ordering of materials within your supplier portfolio
- Cooperation and collaboration with your suppliers to ensure a timely procurement. This contains establishing and follow up of recovery plans, capacity checks, improvement actions as well as negotiations about delivery dates / lead times and lead time improvements
- Ensure products are delivered on time, cost and quality to our internal customers in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality and Strategic buyers
- Problem solving in case of availability issues and risks
- Strong execution of our procurement routines
- Identify and manage risks and ensure engagement of stakeholders
- Launch recovery actions as necessary
- Steer and improve the relation with the supplier on supply chain operations and deliveries
- Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholder and interfaces such as Strategic Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Program, Export Control, Engineering and Production
- Manage and coordinate configuration changes, including phase in and phase out of materials
- Solve quality issues and linked actions within your portfolio
- Surveillance of shelf life and revalidation of materials including necessary actions
- Execute activities and projects in order to improve the supply chain process with regards to lead times, cost improvements and material availability
- Participation and contribution in multi-functional teams
- Solve issues along the procurement process such as unpaid invoices and blocked purchase orders
- Be accountable of OTD rules application & collaboration, stock level and supporting KPI improvement
