Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A and Planning, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Supply Planner who will play a versatile and impactful role in driving product performance, optimizing inventory levels, and executing purchasing and merchandising strategies. This position bridges the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring our products are thoughtfully sourced, effectively allocated, and perfectly positioned to meet customer demand while supporting business growth.

By analyzing trends, managing inventory flow, and supporting key business decisions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our product offerings and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain supply plans that align with business needs, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with operational priorities.
- Monitor and manage supply chain processes, including forecasting, order placement, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend actionable solutions to meet departmental goals.
- Partner with the Planning team to refine and improve operational workflows.
- Provide insights into product demand and inventory management to support business growth.
- Proactively identify and address gaps in the supply process, ensuring seamless execution of operational goals.
