A Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring that a company’s supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. This role involves planning and managing the supply of goods to meet customer demand, optimizing inventory levels, and minimizing costs. The Analyst collaborates with various departments, including Supply Planners and warehouses of the countries, Commercial and finance Teams, to align supply plans with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain stock projection based on supply plans that align with demand forecasts.
  • Ensure warehouses inbound capacity planning in short and long horizon with analysis of possible risk and opportunity.
  • Track and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs (projection of OOS or overstock risk).
  • Analyse data and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • To supports operations cost-effectiveness via warehouse capacity planning: by tracking incoming capacity of each warehouse and analysing the risk in upcoming inbounds, ensuring efficient routes and adjustment in container arrivals and coordinating with direct replenishment.
  • Coordinate and monitor orders from Asia to Europe, projecting how ETA changes will affect country availability, stock level and warehouses capacity.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to particular stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals, to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    This is a permanent full-time position that based in our Dusseldorf office with possibility partially work remotely, although some roles may require visits to warehouses.
