about this team
The Category Supply Planning team are responsible for translating in season demand needs into a supply plan that best meets these needs of the Category. They work closely with cross functional partners within the Supply Chain, Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and Product Creation teams to assess, communicate and resolve Risks and Opportunities in the Supply Plan. The objective is to maximize service to the Guest at the right Cost. The team is located out of Vancouver, BC and Portland, OR.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Manage the Style level Supply planning process according to the GTM Calendar and Planning Cadence
  • Identify risk and opportunity as it relates to the seasonal supply plan, taking into account Capacity, Lead Time and Raw Material availability in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide Clarity and visibility to business partners to support effective decision making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key cross functional partners: Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, Raw Materials etc
  • Supports Apparel business, based out of Vancouver BC

qualifications

  • 5 Years+ experience in Supply Planning
  • Previous experience in MRP and ERP planning systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to establish shared goals
  • Able to effectively articulate strategic recommendations and influence the decision-making process at all levels of the organization
  • A Confident Proven People leader with strong communication skills
  • Tolerance for ambiguity You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges and live with integrity.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 129,400 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
