WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have studied supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, management, or any other relevant field.
- You have previous experience in supply chain or S&OP.
- You are comfortable in independently managing complex data sets and driving business insights from them (proficiency in data querying and data visualization tools is a plus).
- You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent.
- You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data, and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Sales & Operations Planning team. You will be responsible for taking our replenishment process to the next level. You will drive the optimization of our supply plan for Emma’s European markets, leading to superior stock availability and inventory levels. You will use data to drive improvements and make informed decisions. You will be crucial for Emma’s growth, by achieving a seamless customer experience. \uD83D\uDE80
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be responsible for the alignment between market necessities and the rest of the supply chain.
- Guarantee that we have the ideal stock levels to match our needs, calculating the quantities needed from each supplier.
- Optimizing inventory levels, as well as planning and steering the supply needs of one of our European regions.
- Work alongside our procurement and logistics teams to ensure strong supply availability and solve potential supply chain bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Emma’s country teams to develop strategies that will resolve supply and inventory challenges.
- Play a central role in designing and developing Emma’s S&OP process.
