VERO MODA is on the lookout for a Supply Planning Manager to help power our fast-growing ‘Never Out of Stock’ (NOOS) team.

LEADERSHIP WITH REAL BUSINESS IMPACT

In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day replenishment operations, ensuring our products are delivered on time and in the right quantities. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) partners to keep things running smoothly. Alongside six other planners, you’ll help optimise our current VMI operations and onboard new partners across markets. You’ll also be looking for ways to streamline processes and keep improving how we work. As part of the NOOS management team, you’ll play a big part in driving our exciting growth plans forward. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a team of six planners, keeping them motivated and performing at their best.
• Collecting and using feedback on product performance, market needs, and future trends.
• Sharing NOOS strategies and updates with both internal teams and external partners.
• Continuously improving our tools and processes to make our work even better.
• Ensuring smooth operations across all our sales channels.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a self-driven, strategic thinker who’s ready to take the lead. You have a solid understanding of supply planning and the skills to guide a team through daily operations. You also know how to build strong relationships with customers and get to know their business inside out. We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a related area
• Strong business acumen and the ability to spot opportunities within supply planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience leading or supporting a team, with a focus on growth and development is considered an advantage but not a requirement
