THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, supply chain, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily Operations:
  • Assist in managing stocks of certain brands, ensuring product availability.
  • Support the team by tracking stock evolution and creating basic reports.
  • Help monitor stocks blocked in quality and follow up on progress.
  • Communicate with factories to understand production plans.
  • Assist in reporting scrap and obsolete material.
  • Support the ordering process, including order management and stock control.
  • Help coordinate the order/delivery process by working with the warehouse and logistics team.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Assist with service level reporting and identify basic discrepancies.
  • Help prepare dashboards for internal use.
  • Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc.).
