JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for adaptable and caring Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day cover across multiple schools in Loughborough. REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a background in supporting children with special educational needs
- Compassionate, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to work across different schools and classrooms
- A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to SEN pupils in various schools on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with classroom tasks, behaviour management, and offer one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and other needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students receive the appropriate support throughout the day
- Follow individualized education and behaviour plans, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning engagement
- Quickly adapt to new school environments and work effectively with SEN students across different settings
