JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for adaptable and caring Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day cover across multiple schools in Loughborough. This flexible role is ideal for those with experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who seek work that accommodates their availability. REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a background in supporting children with special educational needs
• Compassionate, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to work across different schools and classrooms
• A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required

• Provide tailored support to SEN pupils in various schools on a day-to-day basis
• Assist with classroom tasks, behaviour management, and offer one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and other needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students receive the appropriate support throughout the day
• Follow individualized education and behaviour plans, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning engagement
• Quickly adapt to new school environments and work effectively with SEN students across different settings
