Job Description
We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our busy, hard working IT Team on an interim basis until the end of 2024, to lead in providing a prompt response to incidents related to Applications reported through the Service Desk or monitoring systems.
The Support Analyst will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues following agreed procedures, they will escalate complex or unresolved incidents to appropriate teams or third-party vendor adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and they will implement and manage application updates, ensuring security updates are applied promptly to mitigate vulnerabilities.
