ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and passionate Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our research technology systems work smoothly. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology, collaborating with creative minds, and having a direct effect on UTS’s innovative research. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining servers, storage, networking, and applications, assisting with eResearch initiatives, and offering professional technical assistance to researchers across various faculties.
