Your opportunity

  • Serve as the liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and updates.
  • Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the technical specifications are understood and implemented as per the requirements.
  • Create detailed solution diagrams and documentation to support project development and implementation.
  • Employ JIRA to manage project tasks, track progress, and facilitate communication between team members.
  • Apply SCRUM methodologies to organize and lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously assess and optimize workflows and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Exceptional skills in creating detailed solution diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, other degrees will be considered

Nice to have skills

  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), SCRUM, or Agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the finance/asset management industry.
  • Ability to query database with SQL
