Description:

We are looking for a Support Co-Ordinator who shares our purpose, to join our expanding Independent Living Services Team where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
We have properties in Yate, Henbury, Emersons Green, Kingswood and soon Bedminster. We need people who are flexible to work from any of these locations (a car driver is preferred, due to the spread of homes however we are open to hear from non drivers and we will support with a bus pass).
We are looking for someone to work Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time on a rota basis. We need people who are flexible to work varying shifts including sometimes a pattern of (late shift into sleep shift into a morning shift) if we have young people who need 24 hour support.
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals’ independence skills, empowering them to advance their aspirations with greater confidence and capability.
