ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering client-facing recovery support interventions. Supported by our dedicated Team Lead, you’ll make a significant impact by enhancing the health, social wellbeing, housing, and overall quality of life for our clients. Your focus will be on maximising functional recovery, promoting self-management, independence, and fostering community participation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advocate for clients to address broader social, health, and wellbeing needs.
• Manage case support tasks including documentation, referrals, and appointments.
• Specialise in providing Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) support to our clients and facilitate therapeutic AOD groups.
• Supervision of lower-level workers; inclusive of students and volunteers.
• Preparing reports as required.
  This is a full-time fixed-term position until 1 January 2026 (aligned to current funding) working 3:30pm until 11:30pm Monday to Friday.
