REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of development experience in Java, Javascript, PHP, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, NodeJS
  • Knowledge of Software Architecture Patterns (Monolith, Distributed, Microservices)
  • Experience in building Web Applications/Web Services/APIs
  • Experience querying Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL)
  • 1-2 years of support experience (monitoring, software maintenance, new features, etc)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs
  • Offer technical assistance as part of a global 24x7-support organization
  • Cooperate closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product
  • Manage incident tickets for the remaining Infrastructure Teams: Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
  • Follow notification and escalation procedures and standards for communications with business involving operational issues
