REQUIREMENTS
- Upper intermediate English
- Experience in the first or second line support (from 1 year)
- Knowledge of various Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding basics of functional programming (recursion, laziness, pure functions)
- Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms
- Independence and responsibility in work
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting line: FI Support Lead
Location: anywhere
Worksite: remote
Work schedule: 21pm-5am and 12am-8am (GMT+3)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of existing financial instruments
- Processing customer technical requests L2
- Document the results of completed tasks
- Optimization and modification of existing processes in order to increase productivity and facilitate further maintenance
- Quickly and efficiently resolve clients’ technical problems related to the use of the product
- Automate various routine tasks
