Support Engineer(Fluent in Mandarin is required) - Full Time

Tucsen designs and manufactures camera technology focused on Scientific Research and Challenging Inspection. Our focus is to create reliable camera devices which allow our customers to answer challenging questions. We are expanding and setting up manufactory and support facility in Singapore to serve global market needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanics, Optics, Electrical/Electronics, Physics, or related fields；
2、Experience in assembly, testing and cleaning of optical and electronic devices are a plus;
3、Strong initiative, proactive and teamworking spirits.
4、Fluent in English and Chinese are must.
5、Travel to headquarters is required when needed.

1、Products testing and troubleshooting.
2、Work closely with manufactory and QC team in headquarters to ensure products meet company standards.
3、Provide reports and suggestions to improve efficiency and quality.
4、Inventory managements.
5、Candidates are required to complete and pass Manufactory Engineer training process.
6、Assist in facility setup and maintanence.
7、Other jobs assigned by management.
