REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum of one year of demonstrated experience
  • One year of experience in customer service.
  • One year of technical support experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Support Engineer in Test, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and reliability
of our company’s infrastructure and software environment. Your responsibilities extend beyond
traditional support functions, encompassing rigorous quality assurance testing to enhance our
educational technology solutions.
