WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re searching for a stellar technical support engineer to complement our team. Your main role will be supporting our rapidly growing customer base across the globe during the integration and operation of Thryve. You help resolve technical questions, share integration best practices and devise improvements of the current onboarding process and tools.
Doing this, you’ll draw on your software knowledge and coding competence to understand the underlying mechanics of the Thryve health engine and will be a key person feeding customer insights rapidly into product development. This role is a unique combination of personal interaction and software engineering skills, a direct opportunity to shape the details of one of the world’s leading health data engine and improve the lives of millions of people along the way.#
