REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years experience supporting in a production Linux/Unix environment
- 1 year experience with SQL queries
- 1 year experience with regular expressions
- Experience with Python, Bash shell scripts, and/or other scripting
- Familiarity with Java applications, especially the ability to read and debug a Java stack trace
- English language
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and understand Perl scripts
- Experience working with XML, JSON
- Experience working in Jira or other ticketing system
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM system

Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot complex application issues. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Update tickets and documentation with detailed information about issue and resolution.
- Production Activity Analysis: Identify, understand, and analyze logs and other indicators of production activity.
- Service Requests and Projects: Perform tasks related to internal or external service requests and projects, often collaboratively.
- Code Promotion and Maintenance: Participate in code promotion and system maintenance activities.
- System Monitoring: Develop and configure system and application monitoring using a variety of scripts and tools to ensure application and environment are available 24x7 and that we are meeting all internal and client SLAs
- Script Development: Develop, test, and implement scripted or other automated solutions to address a variety of situations including issue resolution, service requests, and monitoring
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation. This includes processes and procedures across all areas of this job’s responsibilities.
- On-call and other after-hours and weekend rotations required
