QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of operations support experience with SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
  • Proven track record of at least 1 successful project implementation involving SAP BOE Crystal Report.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BOE Crystal Report architecture and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop and execute support plans to maintain high system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
  • Document and follow up on defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on progress and issues.
